Roslyn Billy's educational backgrounds consist of a BA in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Philosophy and Religion, a M.A.Ed. in Leadership in Teaching with a concentration in TESOL, and a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction. Currently serving in Public School districts as an ELL/Dual Language and Professional Development consultant. Published in both national and international journals, and written a book titled “The Lost Boys of an Urban Elementary School”, which explores the academic achievement and success of black males in the American educational system. ELL Teacher Trainer and program developer. Skilled in grant writing and Dual Language and Biliteracy program implementation.
Roslyn has worked in the United States, and the Middle East. She has been in leadership and training since 2009. Her experiences of both international and national educational pedagogy allow for her to bring an innovative insight to educational practices and course development.
