Limited Capacity seats available

Go beyond a celebration of diversity and multicultural education to develop and implement a curriculum that is explicitly anti-racist. Learn about research that supports this approach, strategies for helping children learn about power and oppression, and specific resources to engage young learners. We will also discuss how to use the new Iowa Core social studies standards to help frame this work for parents, colleagues, and administrators who may express concerns.
